Role Value Proposition:

The US Digital Office is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing work streams on the Disability Evolution program. This candidate will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for the work stream.       

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team of 10-15 FTEs / FTC’s responsible for developing on Disability Evolution program
  • Managing mission critical initiatives with highly aggressive deadlines and Defining mitigation strategies as risks and issues arise.
  • Defining and managing detailed metrics that can be used by senior management to assess program progress and highlight problem areas.
  • Strong communication, proven experience with execution and delivery
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a focus on building a cohesive, self motivated team driving successful delivery of requirements within project timelines and motivating and driving high level of accountability and engagement in his/her team.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Dynamic leader adept at the fundamentals of leadership: coaching, understanding team members work efforts, balanced with knowing when to delegate and when to step in and help
  • Strategic thinker with ability to effectively partner/manage a cross functional team of vendor and company analysts and engineers to deliver quality code and striving to produce excellence
  • Tenacious and focused with the ability to assimilate quickly in a fast moving, continually changing environment  
  • Five years of experience as a leader of either a cross functional team or supporting cross functional requirements with five plus years’ experience in managing vendor relationships.  Demonstrated experience with financial management, including budget, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent experience


  • Ten years of experience as a leader of a cross functional team or supporting cross functional requirements.
  • ITIL certification
